The location of the hostel was great, as it was situated near the city center and close to the train station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the hostel had a nice kitchen available near the reception, which was useful for preparing meals or snacks during my stay. Lastly, the staff at the reception were pleasant and friendly, providing a warm welcome.

There were several aspects of the hostel that I didn't enjoy. the room was incredibly small, barely fitting the bed and the bathroom combined.

Great location near popular tourist attractions and easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Plus, the property was close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation.

Some drawbacks include the lack of an elevator to the top floors, which can be problematic for carrying luggage. the staircase to the hostel was narrow, steep, and not well-maintained.

The staff were awesome, well-prepared and made check-in/check-out easy. Wonderful location - close to popular attractions. Recently renovated with great facilities - kitchen, laundry, and bar. Helpful staff who resolved a room mix-up efficiently, upgrading us for free.

Nothing not to love.

They spoke multiple languages fluently and went above and beyond to assist us. Conveniently located near the Midi station, with easy access to the city center and flea market. the accommodation was cheap and they were accommodating in changing rooms so that we could all stay in the same one. the proximity to the old town and the railway station for buses from Charleroi was a bonus. Checking in after midnight was not a problem.

The 10-bed dorm we stayed in had a spacious and clean bathroom with multiple showers and toilets, ensuring a comfortable and efficient morning routine. The lady on reception was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hostel to others.
